Kaileigh & Logan’s Nashville Engagement Session

I don’t shoot weddings much anymore, I leave that to the amazing photographers who specialize in and do an incredible job with them. But every once in a while an opportunity comes along that I cannot pass up. Heading to Nashville to shoot Kaileigh & Logan’s engagement session was one of those opportunities. I met Kaileigh a few years ago when I took pictures of her family – her mom is our favorite teacher. Both girls were lucky enough to have Mrs. Fagan for multiple grades; she’s just the best and has become a family friend. Her children are as equally wonderful and I was tickled when Kaileigh asked me if I would come to Nashville to take her engagement photos before she and her fiancé Logan moved to Atlanta. The couple met at Vanderbilt Law School and wanted their pictures taken on the campus and in the city where they fell in love. We shot around campus and downtown with all the crazy lights and signs. We also hit an amazing walking bridge which was perfect for a little dancing. Next year, I’ll head to Atlanta to shoot their wedding and I know it will be as special as this couple.
