Sweet Family Beach Session

We had the amazing opportunity to spend Christmas in Florida in the area known as “30A.” It’s a historic stretch of highway along the ocean that’s dotted with quaint towns, each with its own personality and charm. We stayed in Watercolor Resort which is just gorgeous, but we every day we’d head to the little town of Seaside which was in walking and biking distance. It was there on the beach on Christmas Day that I saw this sweet family enjoying the sun and sand. I watched them until I couldn’t take it anymore and I knew I had to ask them if they’d let me take their picture. (I happened to have my camera with me.)

They were so delighted and it turned out mom was pregnant with child #2 and they had never had professional photos taken of their family of three. So I took 15 minutes to capture mom, dad and baby girl and its probably one of my favorite sessions of 2018. And while I didn’t get paid a dime, their gratitude in having these pictures was priceless.
