Toward the end of 2013, I had my first request for a boudoir photo sessions. I never thought it was something I’d want to do. I didn’t really feel comfortable and wasn’t sure I’d be able to do a good job. But when a friend asked me to take her pictures for her fiance and I realized she was as nervous and unsure as I was, I said ok. Neither of us really had any idea what we were doing but we did share a vision of what we wanted the pictures to be. There was lots of back and forth and sharing of ideas and then the day came for the photo session. And IT WAS AWESOME. It was an exciting and fun and collaborative. It was beyond just the word “sexy” that is usually associated with boudoir photography. The pictures show a woman who exudes confidence and sensuality. A woman who is literally comfortable in her own skin.
Now, in 2014, I am looking forward to sharing this same experience with you by reinventing my “me sessions” as boudoir sessions for one. It’s just you, me and my camera. It’s all about your vision of how you see yourself – in lingerie, in your husband’s favorite work shirt or a tank top and boy shorts. There are no rules. You do your own hair and make-up, don’t forget shoes and accessories! We’ll shoot in the privacy and comfort of either my home or yours (as long as you have ample natural light).
And, for a limited time, I’ll be offering these “me sessions’ for a special price so you can give your significant other the best Valentine’s gift ever. Just $250 for a 45-minute session, 4 digital images and one mini-album to give as a gift. Prices will increase after Feb. 14, 2014.
Interest? Intrigued? Send me an email (megan@meganevansphotography.com) and I’ll share my password protected boudoir portrait gallery with you.
I can’t wait to work with you!!!
xoxo,
Megan
