I’m half-way through a workshop called “Creating Art in Black and White.” It’s offered via Light Inspired – a great online forum for women photographers and taught by the amazing Stacie Turner of Stacie Turner Photography. I’m having such a great time and learning lots. It was just what I needed this summer – a little creative push, an artistic challenge.
Even though most clients come to me for my colorful, vibrant pictures, I still adore black and white. And even if I just shoot it for “me” – I’m fine with that. This week, our assignment involved reflective surfaces including a mirror. I took these pictures of Ryan using the mirror in different ways – as a frame, as a part of the overall picture, etc. I thought I’d share them with you!
